SIDE PROJECT – THE CELLAR is the bar branch of Side Project Brewery and is also located in Maplewood’s Green Dining District – adding to the list of GDA-certified bars in the City of Maplewood. The Cellar is located on Marietta right off of Sutton and is just a stone’s throw away from GDA- certified Pie Oh My!

The Cellar offers a plethora of whiskey options in addition to their beer straight from Side Project Brewery located at Manchester and Big Bend. All of their beer is offered on tap ONLY and they even have wine on tap! This reduces the amount of waste from bottles and other containers and gives their drinks a longer shelf life.

Now, it wouldn’t be a cellar without décor to match. The bar, tables, backsplash, and cooler frame are all made from reclaimed wood – giving you an oaky feel to match your whiskey. They also use work from local artists to display on their walls.

The Cellar cross pollinates their efforts in the community with both the brewery and the cellar. That includes their work with animal rescue shelters, Friends of Kids with Cancer, American Cancer Society, and more.
