Crispy Edge creates gourmet potstickers with global inspiration ranging from sweet to savory and meat to plant based. We strive and are committed to sustainable practices through minimizing waste, recycling, using compostable to-go products, reusable equipment and tools, sourcing sustainable ingredients and partnering locally whenever possible.

Nestled in the Tower Grove neighborhood just a block from Tower Grove Park, Crispy Edge made the pivot from Dine In to delivery and production. This has allowed them to produce a wide variety of their potstickers and sides with under 5% food waste. They are currently available for pickup, delivery and at participating retailers!
