Restaurants can find resources for everything from local sourcing of meats to purchasing recyclable take-away containers.
As a 3rd party certification program, we are in an unique position to provide a non-biased assessment of local resources for restaurants and diners to tap into — motivated by the goal of increasing sustainable dining opportunities in and around St. Louis. We believe in collaboration and sharing great ideas.
