Telva at the Ridge brings the taste of Balkan Treat Box to the vibrant Rolling Ridge Nursery in Webster Groves. Situated upstairs in historic Webster feed store location, Telva features beautiful restored wood and maintains the rugged aspect of the original building. The bustling cafe is a great place to spend a morning or afternoon, and you can browse the amazing selection of plants offered by the nursery downstairs.

The menu is a modified version of Balkan’s, focused on small lunch plates, breakfast fare, pastries and salads. It offers their famous wood-fired flatbread in addition to various dishes incorporating Union Loafers’ dark sourdough bread. The kitchen is all electric and composts any food waste. Herbs and even grape leaves are grown on-site. The same quality food sourcing that Balkan practices extends to Telva.

Telva features a full coffee bar with selections from Bosnian coffee to unique lattes and frappes and variety of teas. All the coffee provided La Cosecha roasters in Maplewood is sustainably sourced and follows fair trade practices.
