Haché Herbal Infusions sits nestled in the quiet, pedestrian-friendly DeMun neighborhood just one block west of Forest Park in Clayton, Missouri. Owners Rick and Vanessa took over the old space and launched the updated Haché in 2024. The eclectic dining room sits around the corner from Seedz Café in a lively, leafy neighborhood with small park nearby.

Haché offers local favorite La Cosecha coffee, a variety of high-quality teas and blends, in addition to carefully crafted herbal elixirs and fresh (never frozen) juices. Shed your morning malaise with a shot of tart elderberry juice or a yerba mate latté. Put your barista to work and order a hand-pulled espresso, with or without your choice of plant-based milk. Customers can also purchase Vanessa’s house-made herbal tea blends to make at home.

The eclectic dining room is a great place to read a book in peace or get together with friends to play board games. Grab a beverage to go in compostable cups or bring your own mug to get a discounted refill. With natural cleaners, repurposed wood decor, and USDA Organic fruits, Haché earns high marks in sustainability all around.
