FLAVOR 360 is your neighborhood market and provides a full array of event catering ranging from intimate dinner parties to baby showers to cocktail parties. Flavor 360 specializes in local, sustainable ingredients for their menu, using Eat Here St. Louis and Theodora Farms for their produce and meat products, and pasture-raised eggs and chicken from Buttonwood Farms. Flavor 360 bakes everything in-house, including crackers and their famous hand-pie dough, and they make all their own sauces. They even make their own ketchup in order to make their own BBQ sauce from scratch. Their beverages are sustainably focused as well, featuring homemade lemonade, local beers, spirits, and cocktails, wine, and teas from Traveling Tea and coffee from La Cosecha!

You don’t have to have an event to try Flavor 360’s scratch-made meals. They have a boxed lunch program, with seasonal items served in compostable boxes – perfect for offices and for those on the go who want a nutritious, delicious, lovingly prepared lunch that (let’s face it) most of us never have the time to prepare.

Flavor 360 cultivates an herb garden outside their commissary, where they grow their own basil, marjoram, thyme, oregano, and mint. They added native plants to their garden, like coneflowers and milkweed, to attract native pollinators and promote biodiversity in their neighborhood!

Flavor 360 reduces their single-use waste as much as a catering company can by renting out reusable plates and using reusable serving trays whenever possible. They have a stunning array of reusable options. Flavor 360 goes above and beyond standard waste reduction strategies – they even keep a bag of plastic bags to be recycled at a nearby supermarket. Flavor 360 composts all of their kitchen waste, reducing the amount of organic material sent to the landfill.
