Falafel Saha food truck brings you fresh Syrian cuisine offering lots of vegan and vegetarian menu options. The repurposed shuttled bus is fit with LED lighting and is electric powered when electricity is available. The pita bread is sourced locally from Cham Bakery and all menu items are made from scratch. When Falafel Saha is prepping food for events they recyclable at their commissary kitchen. They’ll be at the 2024 St. Louis Earth Day Festival. The falafel is delicious and a low impact food alternative to meat and dairy.
