Baileys sources all of their meats from Kern Meat Co. which is local distributor of Missouri grass fed beef and is served on house made buns made from unbleached flour. All burgers on the menu can be made with vegetarian patties! Pair your burger with one of the many local craft beers on tap or grab a Fitz Root Beer. Milkshakes are made for scratch with Prairie Farms milk.

They have a several smart thermostats which are programmed to lower and raise temps accordingly. LED light fixtures are through out the space and the bathrooms feature motion censored lighting. To-go ware is recyclable cardboard which can be composted if you got too much burger cheese on them! Paper to-go bags and post consumer paper towels also help reduce their environmental impact.
