The Green Dining Alliance provides consultations for any restaurant interested in becoming more environmentally sustainable, including those who might not qualify for membership in our program.

Consultations involve a detailed conversation and investigation of current operations, a walk-through, and expert advice on ways to reduce your operation’s environmental impact. Specific categories of investigation include: waste footprint, sourcing, energy use, water use, and innovation.

Reducing one’s carbon footprint, luckily, is often associated with operational cost reductions; benefit yourself and the environment by calling the GDA today!
