The Green Dining Alliance (GDA) is a food and beverage sustainability certification program of earthday365. GDA has been engaging the STL dining scene for over 10 years and has nearly 100 active GDA establishments certified. Its mission is to enhance the diner’s experience by engaging food and drink establishments and stakeholders in a process to increase environmental sustainability through tailored strategies, resources, support, and collaboration. We hope to create visibility for the GDA establishments that have put in the economic and social investments to be more sustainable, and connect them with green diners.
