Celebrate Earth Day with the Green Dining Alliance by coming to eat at the 30th Anniversary St. Louis Earth Day Festival on April 27th and 28th. The festival is open from 11 am-5 pm both days, giving you plenty of time to try as many GDA Certified snacks as possible.
Every single food vendor at the St. Louis Earth Day Festival will be Green Dining Alliance Certified, (besides a few nonprofits raising money with popcorn and lemonade). Nearly every vendor will offer vegan and vegetarian options, as plant-based diets are a great way to lower your carbon footprint!
The St. Louis Earth Day Festival bans high-fructose corn syrup and other highly-processed fare typically found at events. Many of the menu items served contain locally sourced and/or organic ingredients. All serving containers and utensils are compostable while beverage containers are recyclable or compostable, and you won’t find bottled water for sale at the event.
Stop by the GDA tent to say hi and learn more about what we do-and what you can do to help!
