St. Louis Earth Day and the Green Dining Alliance are proud to present our brand-new event, Taste of Green! What does Green taste like, you ask? It tastes like delicious food, made by local chefs, using local ingredients, with techniques that use the least amount of water and energy.
Taste of Green is a fundraiser for St. Louis Earth Day’s programs that will feature cuisine and libations from over 13 GDA certified restaurants and breweries. The event will be a zero-waste affair, with all food and beverages served in compostable or recyclable vessels. Guests are encouraged to wear a bit of green, an animal pin, or other environmental fair. Entertainment will be provide by Mat Wilson and Ryne Watts, members of the Rum Drum Ramblers, Loot Rock Gang, the Hobosexuals.
