Promoting St. Patrick’s Center’s GDA-certified cafe McMurphy’s as well as the upcoming St. Louis Earth Day Festival, Green Dining Alliance’s Olivia Engel joined chef Pete Kolich on FOX2 In the Morning to talk shop on local food, social sustainability, and “making Earth Day every day.”
