Join industry peers and invite your staff to learn about the most affordable green products in to-go ware, and discuss the challenges and barriers restaurants face when trying to phase out Styrofoam and #6 plastic.

The workshop will feature Jean Ponzi, from the EarthWays Center of the Missouri Botanical Garden, presenting the environmental and human health impact of plastic and “Styrofoam” disposables.
