Ibby’s Bistro, a premier campus dining location, creates memorable experiences using local and high-quality ingredients.  Our USDA Choice beef comes from Wenneman Meat Co. located across the Mississippi River in the Metro East. Our seafood is delivered fresh daily by Fortune Fish Co. along with seasonal produce from Ole Tyme Produce, right here in Saint Louis.  Our team of chefs are experienced culinarians who feature dishes  made from scratch daily with the finest ingredients the region has to offer. Guests can enjoy local Fitz’s Root beer and 4hands beer, as well as a variety of wine and canned cocktails.  

All food waste from both the kitchen and customers is composted, helping the restaurant increase its waste diversion rate from 62% to 79% and turn scraps into nutrient-rich soil used in campus landscaping.
